For Amber, art is a form of expression, a way to make thoughts tangible and to reflect what appears in my dreams and the people around her. Her work is inspired by observing friends: how they navigate the world around them, how they grow up and find their way to cities like Amsterdam, where she’s lived for three years now. Human thoughts and inner worlds are a constant source of fascination. The vision for her art and abstraction is fixed. From that certainty, she continues to challenge herself by constantly exploring new techniques and continuing to grow.
